Abode2Let is an independent Residential Lettings and Property Management company and our expertise has been gained from over 20 years of working within the Wirral and Chester areas.

Abode2Let is owned by Janet Graham MARLA and Isobel Gibbs MARLA and we pride ourselves on having a sound local knowledge.

As individual members of ARLA we abide by a strict code of practice and offer a professional and effective solution to both landlords and tenants alike whilst ensuring that a friendly and approachable service is delivered at all times.

Tenant Find Service

For a one off fee we will locate a new tenant and ensure that both the property and tenancy are fully compliant with the latest regulations.  From the day the tenant moves in you will take over day to day management of the tenancy.

Full Management

We understand the importance of providing an efficient, reliable and trustworthy service.  Abode2Let will take over responsibility for dealing with all aspects of managing the tenancy and property maintenance.  

At all times we look to provide a cost effective solution to property maintenance issues and ensure a high standard of workmanship.

ARLA

The Association of Residential Lettings Agents

The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) is a professional membership and regulatory body for letting agents and letting agencies in the UK.

By using a Licensed ARLA agent you are guaranteed:
